Bizarro HQ couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that top dog over at Yappin Records, DJ Slyngshot, is hopping over the lake for his first visit to Oz. With a strong dissertation in rule-bending, chopping jazzy hip-hop melodies and stitching them to blown-out house rhythms, and turntable tomfoolery, this is a big tip!
Joining him will be local androids; Pelvis, DJ Mum and Jess Zammit.
Melbourne assemble! The Rhythm Section fleet returns from Planet Peckham for one-night-only. Causing a scene at the departure gate, it really seems they've overpacked. Exceeded check-in limits suggest they might just be bringing the party with them...

We can only hope the rest of the year pans out with this many treats.

Join us for our next debaucherous excursion into sound as Brian Not Brian and the enigmatic DJ Regret (aka Unfettered) guide us on an odyssey in the well-equipped scape of Loop Project Space & Bar with Void Acoustics.
Belfast-born, Brixton based Brian not Brian is one of the purest and most intense characters of the modern electronic scene. With over twenty years of research and dedication, corroborated by his work experiences in famous London record stores such as Phonica Records, MVE & Kristina he has become the fine and eclectic artist that he is today. Able to cross genre boundaries with ease, taste and sensitivity. Whether it be jazz or cosmic, boogie, Techno or house it doesn't really matter. Brian works for quality, not for cataloguing. And Going Good, the label he has created with longtime partner Salik Z is the proof. In only a few years Going Good has gained attention and value worldwide through impactful releases from great artists such as Moon B, Cloudface, Aquarian Foundation, Anom Vitruv, Ewan Jansen, The Mystic Jungle Tribe, Nummer, Yoshinori Hayashi & more.
Batten down the hatches! Tickets available at the door.

Crown Ruler, Bizarro & Animals Dancing are honoured to join forces in celebrating 20 years of one of underground music's most important institutions: Rush Hour.
Over the past two decades, Rush Hour has cultivated itself into a haven for music lovers, becoming synonymous with the underground music vanguard. The reputation Rush Hour has built mainly comes from the fact that first and foremost Rush Hour focuses on music they totally believe in and have a love for. The Rush Hour family has a strong sense of pride in always working with and feeding off that impulse and faith, rather than working for the mighty dollar or bottom line.
For this special occasion, we've brought together three artists at the forefront of the Rush Hour sound. Far-east house legend, Soichi Terada, German musicologist and DJ, Hunee, and of course label operator & DJ, Antal.
Perhaps best known for their stratified, ear-catching rhythms, Chaos In The CBD is the house moniker of New Zealand brothers Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales. Though their music evokes the time-honoured heritage of classic house, their interpretation of jazz brings a unique inventiveness to the genre.
Catch the duo, along with locals Oliver Francis & Winters, for FREE on Grand Final Eve.
Skatebård VS Esther Duijn
It's been almost four years since Resident Advisor has hosted a party in their home country. This time they're teaming up with Melbourne based promoters/agency - Bizarro to revisit the VS concept, pairing two talented and like minded DJs together for three all-night back-to-back sessions across in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.
In one corner is Skatebård, one of Norway's most respected and well-loved disco and house artists, while in the other is Dutch-born Duijn, a DJ with a reputation as one of the most enthralling selectors around. She's played prestigious events like Freerotation, as well as landing a residency at the mighty Tresor in Berlin.
Two DJs and a killer sound system.
See you front left.
